This competition is organized by BMW (Switzerland) AG, Industriestrasse 20, CH-8157 Dielsdorf. The competition is not connected to Instagram / Meta and is neither sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram / Meta.

All natural persons residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein who are at least 18 years old are entitled to participate. This excludes employees of BMW (Switzerland) AG, their family members and business partners of BMW (Switzerland) AG.

The competition starts on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at 6:00 pm. The closing date for entries is Monday, April 10, 2023, 6:00 pm. Participation in the competition is free.

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Sweepstakes Period has ended. In this case, the lot decides. The winners will be informed of the prize via private message by the official BMW (Switzerland) AG Instagram account. The winners will be asked to name a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein for the delivery of the prize. If a winner cannot be reached via the prize notification (Instagram DM) within 5 working days or if a prize cannot be delivered due to the delivery address provided by the winner, the participant is no longer entitled to a prize. A new winner will be drawn for the applicable prize.

We do not correspond about the competition. A cash payment is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
